Awrr. I think I'm gonna sleep now. I slept for almost 8 hours last night, which is highly unusual, but I'm still tired. Damn. 'Night!

How come I have so many posts about myself not being able to sleep? Gotta be kinda boring to read. Well I need something to do. And besides, I'm not forcing you.

Chocolate Chip Cookies
The real, the original, the authentic Nestle Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks, 1/2 pound) butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated [white] sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 cups (12-ounce package) Nestle Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels (or just normal chocolate, like Norwegian melkesjokolade <3
(you can add nuts, but.. don't.)
COMBINE flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in large mixer bowl. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition; gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels and nuts. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
BAKE in preheated 375-degree [Fahrenheit] oven for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
PAN COOKIE VARIATION: PREPARE dough as above. Spread into greased 15"x10" jelly-roll pan. Bake in preheated 375-degree [Fahrenheit] oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan on wire rack.
FOR HIGH ALTITUDE BAKING (>5,200 feet): INCREASE flour to 2 1/2 cups; add 2 teaspoonfuls water with flour; reduce both granulated sugar and brown sugar to 2/3 cup

And I've been listening to Death Cab For Cutie the whole day/night. They have beautiful songs. Right now I'm listening to "Cath..". One of my favorites is probably Transatlanticism. The lyrics, ahh. And since I'm secretly a masochist (before I posted this where anyone, anywhere can read it, that is), I'm topping it all with Incubus - I miss you. If you didn't get that, you're not supposed to.

But I promise I'll write next year. While I'm living in the US. With my dad. (If you're still interested in reading. And if not; I'll just write anyway. For my imaginary friends to read) I still can't believe how that happened, I thought it impossible. But yes, I'm living with my dad and my stepmother next year. So I'll be attending Nashoba Regional High School, in Bolton. If that says you anything :)
And yeah, I'm starting at a new school, completely friendless. I can't wait. Anyone in Bolton/Stow/Lancaster reading this who'll be my friend?:D No..? Damn.

Classrom blog
Right now I'm watching the rest of my class taking a test I'm having next Monday, because of jetlag and stuff. And because I didn't read. And because I'd rather sleep than read. You (most likely) know me.
So I'll write an update from my awesome trip to the US later today or tomorrow. Soon, anyway.
Just quick updates, until you get the whole story:
*I'm living with my dad next year.
*Christmas was completely fantastic.
*I went to New York.
*I've been downhill-skiing in Maine, and I survived!
*I ate. Food. Normal food.
*New Year's Eve requires fireworks.
*The Phantom Of The Opera on Broadway. Oh. My. God.
